What is it about blue divers?
As a diver, the capabilities of water resistance and magnetism makes the watch a very capable do it all piece, not only looks sleek and elegant, but it is also built as a tank.
For all the reason above, this to me is a great offer from Helicon and I am keen to see what comes next from this British microbrand, if the quality is as high for their next watches, it would be an instant hit.
The Master is starts at 399 GBP with the rubber strap and is available also with bracelet in a variety of colours - could this be the perfect summer watch of 2024. Read the full article here.

"Now this is a cracker. The stunning Helicon Master 62 in Lichen was one of the highlights from British Watchmaking Day recently. With muted green tones, vintage inspired case and double domed sapphire, this is exceptional value for £560.
Once the Master 62 models are sold out, they’ll be gone for good, with new designs in the pipeline. Whether it’s a Chronograph or GMT, only time will reveal, but if they uphold the same standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail, Helicon’s growth trajectory seems promising. With a customer-centric approach, including free worldwide shipping, Helicon prioritizes customer satisfaction. So, the next time you’re in the market for a high-value timepiece that won’t break the bank, consider giving Helicon a chance; you might be pleasantly surprised".

12&60 - Guy Parker
"Well executed and reminiscent of the original Tudor Black Bay, both in terms of look, feel and heft ..... On balance this is a well-specified, solid and tough watch which has everything you could need in a dive watch that stylistically occupies the middle ground somewhere between full-on tool diver and refined daily wear diver.let’s not forget the star of the show, the unique dials, something seldom seen at this price! I applaud Helicon for trying something different herewith each variant limited to just 50, these truly are limited, so you’ll certainly feel special sporting this wrist candy at your next Redbar meetup!".

"Here’s a good old-fashioned mom and pop business from the UK, one that aims to offer vintage inspired diver’s watches that are based on lost and forgotten horological gems from the golden days of watchmaking."
