Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are sending goods back because you do not like them, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items can be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your item**

** Provided that the item is returned undamaged and in the same condition that it was received in. Items should be returned as they were originally packaged and be only subjected to normal use (for evaluation purposes).

If you would prefer to EXCHANGE your item, you can do so for up to 30 days of receiving your item **

Please note, that unless your item is faulty, you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return/exchange.

If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will refund any money received from you, minus any deduction the return may incur or delivery fees, including premium delivery fees,  using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

EU Customers

EU customers are able to return any non-faulty goods purchased within 14 days for a refund. Please note that you will be liable for any delivery costs associated with your return, including any import/customs charges, or recall fees should you wish to return the parcel before it is delivered. It is important that you contact us to discuss your options before arranging any return so we can send you the relevant return information.

We are only able to refund the costs of the items themselves. Any delivery charges are separate and would not be refundable. As we are a UK company, we can only process refunds in GBP (£).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@heliconwatches.com.
